Now for the finish...what color are we dyeing it? This Farm Dining Table base has really been attracting attention. When it's finished, it will be able to extend to 80" with one leaf. I'm thinking this one will be stained.....grey! The last piece promised before Christmas Is now complete. A custom maple extension table

Ash Trio
A lot of people would have thrown this slab away. We found the beauty in this New Jersey white ash butt log. I'm thankful for very patient amazing customers who waited over a year to get this piece from me. I titled this piece "Ash Trio". It's a re-purposed slab with a natural finish, marine varnish topcoat complimented with black powder coated steel legs. On a side note, I came across this video and had to share it. Headed to Huntington...Beach, California!
We just put the finishing touches on this custom Bedroom furniture order! Each piece is made of solid walnut, inside and out. The carcass and drawers are also made of Walnut. Each feature a hand rubbed satin oil finish that accents the deep Walnut natural color. I was able to squeeze two hidden compartments in as well. Thinking Outside of the Box
We just finished the piano bookcase! This was a very challenging piece, and to be completely honest, more than I anticipated. We're very happy with how it came out. Made of baby grand piano, walnut, and zebrawood. It will be delivered today to its home in Charleston, WVa. The client chose the great green paint color for the interior side walls of the piano. Bringing this piano back to life was an exciting project to tackle. We always enjoy creating something new for clients,

Meet Greener Grandpa!
I am very proud to introduce you to a piece that just got accepted into "The Best of West Virginia Open Juried Exhibition" a show that will take place at Tamarack running From June 19th - August 7th. I've titled the piece "Greener Grandpa" it is made of ambrosia maple and walnut and features a hand sculpted top that is dyed a custom EA green. I only knew I was going to make a bench and had designated that piece of wood for the top of it. The rest I just let happen on a whim.
